What the job is
We are hiring for a Marketing Lead (F/M/X).
You will report to Emmanuel (Founder & COO) and work daily with all members of the team.
What your mission will be
Your will own marketing activities at Topograph, contributing directly to our growth and brand building. This includes:
- Growth. Choose channels, write copy, test, and iterate based on performance data. We’ll provide tools and technical support as needed.
- Brand & positioning. Help refine and maintain Topograph's brand identity, voice, and visual guidelines across channels. Iterate on positioning and messaging frameworks for our audience.
- Product marketing. Translate product capabilities into compelling narratives for our verticals. Reflect those in marketing assets (landing page, sales materials, etc.). Support product launches.
- Social media & content. Drive Topograph's LinkedIn presence (founder-led and company page), grow audience across relevant channels. Plan for and execute on content production to build authority in the regtech space.
- Partnerships & ecosystem. Identify and develop co-marketing opportunities with complementary players such as compliance vendors or industry bodies.
- Events. Support the CEO and Sales team with Topograph’s presence at industry events. Organize the occasional owned event.
Yes, this covers a lot of ground – we’re early-stage company. You'll work closely with the founders to prioritize ruthlessly, start with what matters most, and build depth over time.

- Drive our presence in the market as a tech leader and expert voice
- Help define and enforce branding choices, marketing practices and comms standards.
- Be on the lookout for ways to improve our messages, our positioning, our ways of working.
- Help serve clients at the highest standard.
