What the job is

What your mission will be

Your initial focus will be on expanding the geographical coverage of Topograph’s product. This is literally our core business and a strong differentiator.

The Data Partnerships team is in charge of country discovery and relationships with the trade registers worldwide. They will provide you with info on sources to use and local specifics. You will collaborate during and after implementation, and share knowledge both ways.
You will implement new sources into the Topograph platform according to our standards. This might require using a public API, a hidden API, automated browsing (”scraping”), or several of the above depending on the situation. This involves back-end engineering, some data work, testing, and use of our internal AI tools.
You will be in charge of each source end-to-end (testing, QA, monitoring, maintenance, etc).

In addition to building connections to registers, you will contribute to product features. Current examples include company monitoring, data caching, document analysis, workflow tools, etc.

How you will contribute to Topograph as a Software Engineer

Design, develop, maintain and optimise efficient software that directly serve Topograph’s company goals.
Help define and enforce technical choices, development practices and quality standards.
Be on the lookout for ways to improve our tech stack, our product, our ways of working.
Help serve clients at the highest standard.
